Apex Concrete Lifting provides soil stabilization services in residential, commercial and residential applications. We use NCFI’s 24-003 4 lb. system designed to bind and stabilize loose soils. This binder is a low viscosity component polyurethane which is pumped into the soil to seal out moisture. As it expands, it fills any voids and forms a water-tight, pressurized barrier under the concrete. Stabilizing soils before the overlying concrete fails saves the consumer hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the long-run and is considered an inexpensive preventative maintenance measure for your concrete.
